bower ESUDO Cannot be run with sudo 的解决办法

问题

使用 sudo 命令后或者当前用户为 root，执行 bower install 安装命令会出现错误：

bower ESUDO         Cannot be run with sudo
Additional error details:
Since bower is a user command, there is no need to execute it with superuser permissions.
If you're having permission errors when using bower without sudo, please spend a few minutes learning more about how your system should work and make any necessary repairs.

You can however run a command with sudo using --allow-root option

解决办法

只需要在执行安装命令时，加上 --allow-root 的选项：

$ bower install --allow-root
